| 02 | 12 Oct, 2025 | KATHMANDU SIGHTSEEING:Breakfast at the hotel, sightseeing starts with Pashupatinath Temple (a famous holy Hindu temple) & Guhyeshwari Shakti Peeth. After this, we will do sightseeing of Bouddhanath Stupa (one of the biggest stupas in the world). Make sure to have lunch in one of the palace area’s restaurants. After lunch, drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square (Kaal Bhairav Temple, Hanuman Dhoka Museum, Kaasthamandap, Kumari House - Living Goddess). These are UNESCO World Heritage sites. | 03 | 13 Oct, 2025 | KATHMANDU - POKHARA (BY FLIGHT):Breakfast at the hotel at 6-8 o’clock. And then depart to Kathmandu Airport and take a domestic flight to Pokhara. By flight, it will take half an hour to reach Pokhara. Pokhara is the natural city of lakes and mountains. After that, sightseeing at World Peace Stupa (it provides a magnificent view of Fewa Lake & Pokhara Valley). Then visit Pumdikot (Shiva Statue). Free day on your own. | 04 | 14 Oct, 2025 | POKHARA - GHANDRUK:Start with a sunrise in Sarangkot for breathtaking views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After that, return to the hotel for breakfast, then drive to Ghandruk village, where you can enjoy views of the Annapurna and Gangapurna mountain ranges. | 05 | 15 Oct, 2025 | GHANDRUK - POKHARA:After breakfast, return to Pokhara. From the hotel, we have to climb down to the bus station for approximately 30 mins. After reaching Pokhara, we will visit Bindabasini Temple (old temple of Pokhara), Davis Falls (waterfall), and Gupteshwor Cave (hidden Mahadev cave). Our vehicle won't be available for extra activities. If you book, their own vehicle will come. After that, fly back to Kathmandu. By flight, it takes half an hour to reach Kathmandu. - Trip Month: October — Expect pleasant weather with mild days and cool evenings, perfect for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Pack light woolens or jackets for early mornings and evenings.
- Weather: Daytime temperatures typically range from 15°C to 25°C; nights can be cooler, especially in mountain areas like Ghandruk.
- Travel Documents for Indian Nationals:
- Indian Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of entry is required OR
- Valid Voter ID card can be used for entry into Nepal.
- Aadhar card is not accepted as valid travel identification for Nepal.
- Visa: Indian nationals do not require a visa to enter Nepal.
- International Flights:
- Our flight booking team will help you to book flights from your nearest airport to Kathmandu and back, usually by selecting flights via Delhi, which is one of the cheapest options.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will be applied as mentioned below.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee 10 days before the trip, after that normal cancelation fee will be applied .
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip, and strictly no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per the cancellation policy
- Trip-to-trip movement is strictly not allowed.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installment.
