Note :
We will dedicate 1–2 hours to experience the Thimphu Tshechu Festival as part of the day’s itinerary. If any traveler wishes to spend the entire day at the festival ground, we can arrange a separate vehicle for them at an additional cost. Please inform us in advance if you'd like to opt for this.

Identity Proof: Please provide a scanned color copy of your Passport or Voter ID.
- Passport Must have minimum 6 months of validity.
- This Trip is not Child Friendly Trip. Kids Above 12 can Join the trip. Fee will be same as that of adults

For Children: Submit the original birth certificate in English.

Photographs: Two passport-size photographs are required. The background should be white, and ears must be clearly visible.

Original Documents: Kindly carry all original documents during your visit for verification purposes.

Vehicle Timing: Transportation services will be available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Usage beyond this time will incur additional charges.

Air Conditioning: Please note that A/C will not be operational in vehicles while traveling through hill stations.

What is Village Stay and Village Experience?
- Here you will be staying in a Bhutan Village with the local people
- Stay will not be like hotel rooms
- Stay will be sharing 3-4 sharing in a village home
- Food will be Traditional Bhutan Food (Only for Village Day)
- Facilities will be less but experience will be more

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will be applied as mentioned below.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee 10 days before the trip, after that normal cancelation fee will be applied .
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip, and strictly no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per the cancellation policy
- Trip-to-trip movement is strictly not allowed.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installment.
