Note:-
- The vehicle will only be available as per the itinerary and is not at your disposal.
- We recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat as there is a high possibility of rain.
- In case of heavy rainfall, there may be disruptions in electricity and other services.
- Load shedding is currently prevailing throughout Meghalaya. While some hotels in Shillong and Cherrapunjee have power backup, it is important to note that heavy electrical devices like geysers and electric kettles may not function during power outages. Additionally, homestays in Mawlynnong do not have generators for power backup, so please be prepared for possible power disruptions.
- To ensure your electronic devices remain charged, we recommend bringing a power bank.
- Please note that hotel rooms in this area are generally smaller than those in metropolitan cities, and air conditioning is not always available. Some hotels and resorts may also not have TVs in the rooms.
- Please note that hotel services in this area may differ from those in metropolitan cities, but our service providers will do their best to meet your requirements during your stay.
- We recommend carrying cash when traveling to villages outside of Shillong.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee 2 weeks before the trip only.
- In case of cancellation of the hornbill festival due to any political issues an alternate Trip will be provided in Nagaland for the same dates and no refund for that.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trip on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.
