Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel.
Enjoy a traditional Nepali welcome with Khada/Garland and a refreshing welcome drink.
Check in and relax after your journey. Spend the evening at leisure or take a short walk around the nearby area.
Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
2 19 Oct,2026 Kathmandu Sightseeing & Cultural Dinner Kathmandu
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before beginning your sightseeing tour.
Visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest Hindu shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Continue to Guhyeshwari Temple, an important Shakti Peeth.
Explore Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Later, visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and explore Kaal Bhairav Temple, Hanuman Dhoka Museum, Kaasthamandap and Kumari House.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Nepali cultural dinner.

After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu Airport for your scenic flight to Pokhara.
Upon arrival, begin exploring the beautiful city of lakes and mountains.
Visit the World Peace Pagoda for panoramic views of Pokhara Valley and Phewa Lake.
Continue to Pumdikot Shiva Statue and the famous Kushma Suspension Bridge.
Evening free for leisure and personal activities.

4 21 Oct,2026 Pokhara to Ghandruk Village Ghandruk
Early morning drive to Sarangkot to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.
Enjoy a scenic Annapurna Cable Car ride with magnificent Himalayan views.
Return to the hotel for breakfast and later drive to the traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk.
Enjoy breathtaking views of Annapurna and Gangapurna mountains.
A short uphill walk from the bus station leads to your hotel.
Relax and experience the peaceful atmosphere of this charming mountain village.

After breakfast, walk downhill to the bus station and drive back to Pokhara.
Visit Bindhyabasini Temple, one of the oldest temples in the city.
Explore Devi's Fall and the sacred Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave.
Enjoy boating on Phewa Lake and visit Tal Barahi Temple situated on an island in the middle of the lake.
Spend your evening exploring Lakeside Pokhara.

After breakfast, enjoy free time for optional adventure activities.

Later, transfer to Pokhara Airport for your flight back to Kathmandu.
Evening free for shopping, café hopping or leisure activities around Thamel.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The best opportunity to see Mt. Everest closely is through a Mountain Flight from Kathmandu.
  • Mountain Flight can be arranged on Day 2, Day 3 or Day 7.
  • Approximate cost for Mountain Flight: INR 13,500 per person.
  • Carry a valid passport with at least six months validity.
  • Comfortable walking shoes and warm clothing are recommended.
  • Weather in mountain regions may change rapidly.

Cancellation Policy

A registered participant may cancel his/ her registration online and inform the camp coordinators. The paid fees will be returned after deduction of the following cancellation fees.

  • Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
  • In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
  • In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
    • What is Wallet Transfer:  The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip.  (3% fee will be deducted as movement charges). Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
    • Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
    • The wallet transfer offer will only be one time, when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
