Conditions for Using Instalments

• • If you are booking after  June, then you must pay all installments till the registration date as your 1st installment.
  • Installments are to be paid before due dates.

• In case when 2 or more installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
• There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees will be applied as mentioned below.

• Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee 10 days before the trip, after that normal cancelation fee will be applied .
• In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip, and strictly no refund for that.
• In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
  • What is Wallet Transfer?:  The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip.  ( 2% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
  • Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
  • The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per the cancellation policy
• Trip-to-trip movement is strictly not allowed.
• Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
• In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
• There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installment.

HOW TO REACH

• We have checked multiple flight options from Bangalore, Chennai & Kochi airports to fly to Krabi Airport.
  Since we are doing group pick-up from the Krabi  Airport (KBV) , we request every participant to come on the same flight to Krabi  airport.
• Contact us for flight booking. We will help you with booking a flight. But this will be an individual flight booking and the rate will change based on the day you confirm the flight booking by paying the flight expenses.
• Approximate cost from Cochin: 10k to 13 k
  Approximate cost from Chennai: 11k to 13k
  Approximate cost from Bangalore: 11k to 15k

Flight suggestions Thailand -Phuket and Krabi :

• Our group pick-up time will be at 8:00 AM from Krabi airport on 6th October 2023
• We have given the suggested flight ( Air Asia, on 5th October, 23:00 from Kochi and Arrival at 7:30 AM on 6th October – connection via Bangkok )
• When you Book via make my trip or any other app, make sure that Baggage (15/20kg is added – Some times it will come as a popup). don’t forget to select that option )
• If you are coming from other cities like Trivandrum / Chennai/ Bangalore, you can book any other flight reaching by 7:00 AM or before that at DMK International Airport.
• Please note that Individual Pick up will be charged extra.
• We will drop you at Phuket International Airport by 12:30 PM, you can book any flight from 4:00 PM for your return. 3 hours before you need to be at Airport. So don’t Book any flight before 4:00 PM )
• Return Flight suggestion to Cochi (16:40 Phuket (HKT) on October 11 reaching time at Kochi 22:30 PM )
• We already published Phuket – Krabi trip starts on September 30- October 5, if you want to Join that trip, On the 5th you need to Book a flight to Krabi from DMK airport, and we will give you assistance with that )

Essential Carry On Luggage

• Power adaptor: Thailand uses Type B/C and Type O power outlets, or double flat or double round plus. While some hotels may have international plugs, do bring along a universal travel adapter for ease of charging your many devices. Adaptors are also easy to find in Phuket so don’t worry if you didn’t bring enough or forgot to bring one along!
• Sturdy backpack or daypack: You will be doing a lot of exploring, whether it’s a day at the beach or just strolling in town, and a good backpack will go a long way in ensuring you have all your essentials in one place. Make sure you bring a good quality one as you don’t want it to rip halfway through!
• Sunglasses and sunscreen: Phuket is a tropical place and the sun can be pretty harsh here. Even if it is cloudy or rainy, it’s always good practice to slather some sunscreen when outside!
• Umbrella or raincoat sun caps : While it’s sunny most times, the rain here can be unpredictable too even outside the rainy seasons. Bring along a small umbrella or raincoat to protect yourself and your belongings should it pour unexpectedly.
• Medicine: You will be eating a lot of spicy food that may not agree with your stomach, so make sure you pack some diarrhea pills along. There are many convenience stores here which will have your usual paracetamol, flu medicine and such but good to bring some just in case you have allergies or your own preferences.

What to Wear

• Phuket/ Krabi  is always warm, with the coldest being 24-26 Celsius after a thunderstorm but generally, it’s best to pack for the tropical heat!
• Bring along: Light loose clothing: Cotton t-shirts, summer dresses, shorts, linen shirts, lightweight clothes and easy-to-dry clothing are essential in Thailand.
• Beachwear: Make sure you bring along your swimwear and sandals for the many beaches in Phuket!
• Sarong or light scarf: This is a versatile item for when you enter temples and need to cover up, or in air conditioned areas. They even double up as picnic mats for the beach!
• A smart casual outfit: Bring one outfit that is fancy enough to enter high-end restaurants or clubs but won’t take up too much space!
