- We will be following the seat rotation system in the vehicle.
- Pick-up is not added to the cost. But we will be able to arrange based on your request.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip, and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per the cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.Why this Date

How to Reach Ladakh
- Book Flight from your Nearest Airport to Ladakh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh . On first day you can book any flight to leh. Hotel is only 20 minutes away from Airport and Taxis as available with 500-600 per taxi
- A ticket to Ladakh is usually costly. Book early and save money on flight booking

- As we have not taken up treks and hiking, the camp fitness level stays simple. Do not worry about your capability to join us, your confidence and interest matter the most!!

- You are not going to be alone, once you have done your registration you will get campmates from the same place, then you all can plan your journey together, and once you join the team, there are no strangers it’s a single LetsGoForACamp family.

No. Our meeting point is Leh. People are joining from different parts of the country, and Keeping a single pickup point outside Leh is difficult. But don’t worry you will get friends once you register.
We will be traveling in Tempo Traveller. You can keep your bags in the guest house/hotel while going for sightseeing.
We will share a separate list with This to carry in the WhatsApp group formed. You can use the list as a checklist too.
Yes, You can take your Kid. Please register Kids name separately. The kid should be above 10 years old. The fee will be the same for Kid
This is not an adventure trip. We are going on a relaxed sightseeing trip. This trip does not have Trekking.
