- Hotels are following strict check-in and check-out timing during the peak season time. If you arrive early, you have to wait at the reception/ Airport.
- LGFC or our coordinator will not be involved in the bargaining process.
- We do not take any commission from any of the activities you book.
- This trip is mainly for sightseeing. So the Hotel provided is with all the basic amenities and hygiene. The primary criteria of selecting hotels has been basic hygiene and amenities. This being a budget-friendly trip hotels are of 3 star/ deluxe category.
- Food provided at the hotel will be North Indian Style.
- You can Reach any time on day 1 at Srinagar. You can directly reach our Houseboat. 30 minutes away from the airport
- Only postpaid sim (Jio/Airtel/BSNL) works at Kashmir and Ladakh.
- We will be following the seat rotation system in the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
Fees paid will be refunded ( if any balance amount ) after deducting the cancellation fees as mentioned below

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.
- Trip to Trip Movement is strictly not allowed.

No. Our meeting point is Srinagar House Boat . People are joining from different part of the country, Keeping single pickup point outside Leh is difficult. But don’t worry you will get friends once you register.
We will be travelling in Traveller. You can keep your bags in guest house/hotel while going for sightseeing.
We will share a separate list with This to carry in the WhatsApp group formed. You can use the list as a check list too.
Yes You can take your Kid. Please register Kids name separately.
This is not an adventure trip. We are going for a relaxed sight seeing trip.This trip does not have Trekking.
