🥾 Trek Category & Difficulty
- Trek Type: Out-and-back trail (same route to summit and return)
- Distance: ~14 km (7 km one way)
- Duration: 4 to 5 hours (up & down depending on pace)
- Difficulty Level: Easy to Moderate
- Trail Conditions: Mix of forest paths, meadows, and rocky stretches. Slippery in monsoon.
- Altitude: 1,748 meters (Tadiyandamol is the highest peak in Coorg)
💪 Fitness Requirements
- Suitable for beginners with basic fitness level
- Should be able to walk continuously for 3–4 km with breaks
- Not suitable for people with severe knee/back/heart issues
- Light stretching or walking a week before the trip is recommended
🏡 Homestay Info & Limitations
- Accommodation will be in simple, local Coorg-style homestays
- No couple rooms available
- Separate rooms for men and women
- Rooms will be basic but clean, with shared occupancy
- Western/Indian style toilets will be available
- Limited mobile signal and charging points
- No luxury amenities – expect a peaceful and rustic experience in nature

- Local Karnataka-style meals will be served at the homestay

- Food is freshly prepared, but limited customization is possible

- This is an eco-responsible trek – no littering, no loud music, no plastic use
- Weather in Coorg can change quickly – carry rain gear and wear trekking shoes with good grip
- Jeep ride may be required if the trail is waterlogged (not included in package)
- Please follow the trek leader’s instructions at all times for safety

Cancellation Policy
A registered participant may cancel his/ her registration online and inform the camp coordinators. The paid fees will be returned after deduction of the following cancellation fees.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer ?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant wont be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time , when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when 2 or more installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-cancelled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.
