• Sissu Village visit – optional

• Rohtang Pass visit – if open
  (optional and at additional cost, shared among participants)

In the event of roadblocks arising from political or weather-related issues, necessitating the use of alternative vehicles or routes, any additional costs incurred for extra vehicles or accommodations must be borne by the participants.

Extra Information’s

• Weather: Weather conditions can affect travel plans. Be prepared for possible changes and support from participants is appreciated in such cases.
• Coordination: The coordinators reserve the right to modify the itinerary based on circumstances
• Volvo Transfer: Directly reach the Volvo point at Kashmiri Gate By 6:30 PM for your transfer to Manali.
• Flight Booking:
  • Arrival Flight: Book your arrival flight to reach Delhi before 4:00 PM to ensure a smooth transfer Bus point
  • Return Flight: For your return journey, book a flight departing after 10:00 AM to accommodate the transfer from Manali.
• Flight/Train Booking to Delhi : Reconfirm timing with +91-8050725190 before booking flights.
• As we are traveling in the winter season, if there are roadblocks at any activity points/ Transfer to Stay  due to snowfall, we will arrange a chain vehicle. The additional cost of the chain vehicle will be shared among participants and needs to be paid directly to the drivers.
• Room heaters will be available at an additional charge of ₹300-₹500 per day per room, to be paid directly to the hotel.
• Book a flight that reaches 4 hours before the pickup time. Consider the traffic block conditions also at Delhi.
• From the airport prepaid taxi by Delhi police is available., Taxi cost near 500/- which can be divide among participants.
• Those who need airport drop and fresh-up hotel on the return day need to inform early. On the spot booking not available.
• This is a winter itinerary - specifically made to experience Snow.
• The temperature at night will be -5°C to -7°C
• Rooms are not centrally heated. But you can get electric heaters from hotels with extra payment.
• You have to fully prepare mentally and Physically to experience Snow
• Delhi to Manali Travel time is 12 hours in Multiaxial Semi sleeper Volvo Bus
• Seats in the Volvo bus are Booked on a First come first basis.
• Those who wish to Delhi- Agra- Jaipur etc. After the trip, can inform us early. We will be providing all the ground support like Safe Hotel Booking, Safe Drivers, Itinerary, etc.
• Those who wish to Explore Only Delhi can keep 2 days extra and Book a return Flight/ Train from Delhi
• Those who wish to Explore Delhi and Agra can keep 3 days extra, Taj Mahal will be closed every Friday. It takes 3 hours for one side to reach Agra. So you can book a return flight/Train From Agra Airport
