A visit to Cambodia’s World Heritage Temples of Angkor complex, voted by Lonely Planet as the world's number 1 sight, is understandably high on the list for many travelers. Get to know a little about the history, meaning, and features of its most renowned and iconic temple, Angkor Wat, then start planning that once-in-a-lifetime trip” Lonely Planet.

Morning our guide will pick you up and take you to visit the famous National Museum in Siem Reap. The visit will last long for an hour and a half. Later transfer to visit the Killing Field. This is an uncomfortable reminder of the trauma that Cambodia has been through in our lifetimes, they are not easy sites to visit, and some visitors choose to avoid these illustrations of the Khmer Rouge’s “government” of Cambodia.
Later at noon proceed to visit the local family. The guests will get a chance to cook along with the Cambodian family and have lunch with the family.
Evening Visit, Kampong Pluk. Drive for 25 km and embark on a private Cambodian traditional wooden boat to the Tonle Sap Lake. You will go through the floating houses, pagoda, crocodile farms, and floating schools, and emerge into the inundated forests. The natural wonder of Tonle Sap offers an insight into the old tradition of riparian life and the natural splendor of the countryside. The boat will stop at the surface of Tonle Sap Lake to enjoy the sunset view for about 15min then leave the lake to the pier and transfer back to the City.
