ℹ️ Important Information for Guests:
- 🚉 Train Arrival: Please book a train that reaches Madgaon Railway Station at least 2–3 hours before 1:00 PM on Day 1. This buffer helps in case of delays and ensures a smooth start to your trip.
- 🎒 What to Carry: Light cotton clothes, swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, hat/cap, slippers, and a small backpack for day trips.
- 🪪 ID Proof: Carry a valid government-issued photo ID for hotel check-ins.
- 💧 Stay Hydrated: Keep a reusable water bottle handy, especially during beach visits and sightseeing.
- 🏖️ Beachwear Etiquette: Goa is relaxed, but please carry a cover-up when away from the beach.
- 💵 Cash & UPI: Keep some cash for local markets; UPI works at most places, but remote beach shacks may prefer cash.
- 📶 Network Coverage: Mobile networks are generally good, but patchy in remote beach/fort areas.
- 🎢 Adventure Activities: Watersports are optional; rates may vary based on the vendor and season. Negotiate or ask for guidance if unsure.

- Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee before a week .
- Up to 1 week before the trip start date. No transfer option would be available within 1 week of trip.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip, and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trip on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . No refund will be processed to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per the cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.
