As the grand inauguration unfolds, you’ll witness a dazzling display of traditional dances, folk music, tribal warfare re-enactments, headgear parades, and storytelling performances from all 17 major Naga tribes. The village, recreated in traditional style, gives you a living museum experience with morungs (tribal huts), local food stalls, art installations, and more. - Night Exploration (Day 4): If you wish to revisit the Hornbill Festival venue at night after returning from Khonoma Village and Kohima sightseeing, it’s absolutely possible. Local cabs are available on request (extra charges apply). The night is otherwise free for you to explore Kohima on your own.

- Dimapur Airport is small, with limited flight connectivity and higher costs. To save on airfare, consider flying to Guwahati instead.
- From Guwahati, take a train to Dimapur (approx. 6 hours). If you need an overnight stay in Guwahati, we can help arrange that too.

Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee 2 weeks before the trip only.
- In case of cancellation of the hornbill festival due to any political issues an alternate Trip will be provided in Nagaland for the same dates and no refund for that.
- In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
- In case you are not able to join the trip on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
- What is Wallet Transfer?: The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip. ( 3% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
- Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant won’t be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
- The wallet transfer offer will only be one time when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
- Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
- In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
- There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.

- Hotels rooms will be 2 sharing.
- No room heaters available. There is no lift / escalator in the hotel. Only stairs
- Hotel is in the center of Main Kohima market, so participants can walk for shopping and night Bazaar.
