Note:

• Instalment Plan is made based on the assumption that participants start paying from Jan 2023
• If you are booking the trip any other month other than Jan, you need to pay the previous month’s installments too at the time of Booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
• In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
• In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
  • What is Wallet Transfer?:  The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip.  ( 2% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
  • Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant wont be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
  • The wallet transfer offer will only be one time , when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
• Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
• In case when installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-canceled.
• There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.
• Trip to Trip Movement is strictly not allowed.

Why did we choose this date?

• It’s summertime ( One of the present climates in Leh ). Not too much cold, Not too much hot
• South India will be at the peak of summer/ Monsoon.
• One of the best time to visit villages,  you will be able to participate in farming activities with the villagers
• 2- Saturday and 2- Sunday also included in the date

What to expect in a village trip to Ladakh?

• Stays will be at Homestays in Ladakhi Villages
• Rooms will be on Sharing basics, the sharing count depends on the homestay

• Book Flight from your Nearest Airport to Ladakh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh
• A ticket to Ladakh is usually costly. Book early and save money on flight booking

Fitness during camp

• As we have not taken up treks and hiking, the camp fitness level stays simple. Do not worry about your capability to join us, your confidence and interest matter the most!!

• You are not going to be alone, once you have done your registration you will get campmates from the same place, then you all can plan your journey together, and once you join the team, there are no strangers it’s a single LetsGoForACamp family.
