• International flights and any associated airport taxes are not included in the package. Our dedicated flight Booking team will help you in booking the flights. If you know how to book the flight by yourself you can book by yourself also( The same flight which we suggest) . • Domestic Flights:
  • Domestic flights are not included in the package.( We recommend to Book this together as a group- Our team can do that)

  • Domestic flight costs can range between 4000-5000, and participants are recommended to book together for potential cost savings.
• Early Check-In or Late Check-Out:
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available at hotels but will be subject to additional charges. Hotel check-in time in Vietnam is generally at 2:00 PM.

The check-in time at hotels in Vietnam is typically at 2:00 PM. Considering your flight's early arrival, if you reach the hotel around 9:30-10:00 AM, you may find that your room is not yet ready for check-in. However, if participants require early check-in, they can inform the organizers in advance.  
Early Check-In Procedure:

• 1. Participants can express their need for early check-in.
• 2. The organizers will make arrangements to block the room in advance.
• 3. Please note that early check-in may come with an extra charge, and the cost can be shared among 2 or 3 people if they are sharing a room for early check in only.
• 4. Participants can discuss and coordinate these arrangements in the WhatsApp group after registration.

  • Participants need to apply for an e-visa online, and the cost can range between 3000-3500.
• Travel Insurance:
  • Travel insurance is not included in the package.
  • Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance, which can be purchased online for approximately 500-600 based on the number of days.

  • Drinks and beverages during meals are not included in the package.
• Personal Expenses:

  • All tours and transfers are designed to start and finish on time. The specified tour start time in the itinerary is adhered to strictly. Any delay in transportation or transfer leading to missed tour spots will not warrant additional tour time or extension.   • All tours are guaranteed to conclude before 22:00 for the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
• Surcharge and Additional Charges:
  • A surcharge applies for transfers and transportation between 22:00 - 06:00.
