Note: We will be able to Arrange Pick up and drop vehicles as per your flight timing at an additional cost. Uber also works well in Varanasi If you book an afternoon flight for return, on the last day you can visit some of the famous Kachori shops and Lessy shop in Riksha, this will be a good experience.

    • If you find yourself with more time and the desire to extend your journey, consider exploring the following nearby places:
      • Prayagraj/Allahabad: Allow for a minimum of 2 days for a comprehensive experience.
      • Ayodhya: Plan accordingly for a fulfilling visit.
      • Lucknow: Dedicate at least 2 days to explore the cultural richness of Lucknow.

    • You can arrive at any time on day 1 based on your preferences and the availability of affordable flights.
  • What time can I book the return journey on day 4?
    • You can book your return flight for any time before 11 AM on day 4.
  • How much time does it take from Varanasi Airport to the Hotel?
    • It takes approximately 35 minutes to reach the hotel from Varanasi Airport.
  • Why aren't pick-up and drop charges included? How can I reach the hotel?
    • We provide flexibility for travelers to arrive and depart at their convenience on day 1 and day 4, respectively. Additionally, we offer the option to extend the trip. However, if you require assistance, we can arrange a pick-up taxi for an extra cost. Prepaid taxi services are also available at the airport. Once your trip is booked, you will be added to a WhatsApp group, allowing participants from the same location to coordinate flights, potentially sharing taxi costs and ensuring a synchronized arrival.
  • Are you providing hostels or hotels?
    • We are offering double-sharing/twin-sharing rooms in hotels of the 3-star category.
  • Is there any trekking Involved?
    • No specific trekking, but Varanasi is a place to explore by walking through Ghats

  • Alternatively, a registered participant may transfer his/her registration to a friend without any cancellation fee.
  • In case of cancellation of the program due to any gov restrictions due to COVID/ Weather, an alternate date will be provided for the same trip and no refund for that.
  • In case you are not able to join the trek on the new dates, either you can send a replacement ( Without any additional cost) / You can opt for Wallet transfer,
    • What is Wallet Transfer ?:  The amount will move to LGFC Wallet and you can use that for any other trip.  ( 2% fee will be deducted as movement charges) . Strictly there won’t be any refund to a bank account.
    • Wallet transfer is applicable only for the case when a participant wont be able to join the new date on a postponed trip due to Pandemic / Weather situations
    • The wallet transfer offer will only be one time , when the new date is announced. Further changes will be counted as normal cancellations and will be as per cancellation policy.
  • Installments are to be paid before the due dates.
  • In case when 2 or more installments are pending after the due date, the order will be auto-cancelled.
  • There will be no refund in case of auto cancellation due to nonpayment of installments.
